1. Cleaning Your Roof

Using our specialist pressure cleaning equipment, we give your roof a thorough clean to remove any dirt, mould, mildew, moss, algae and lichen that may be embedded in your tiles. Unlike some other companies, we don’t use high pressures when cleaning your roof – this method can damage tiles and blast away your mortar causing you headaches down the track. Additionally, high pressure alone isn’t enough to kill mould spores and other algae growths – they’ll simply grow back overtime. We apply a specially formulated detergent to kill all types of mould then rinse it off at just 60PSI – ensuring your roof remains structurally sound and completely free from pollutants.

2. Inspect & Repair

Once your roof is cleaned we do a thorough inspection for any cracked or lose tiles that need to be fixed before painting. If required, we’ll repoint the ridge tiles to ensure complete protection from moisture leaks.

3. Seal & Paint

We only use quality roof membrane coatings when painting your roof. This provides a watertight seal and provide high levels of UV protection from the sun . This is applied at specific pressures to avoid overspray and spray drift onto neighbouring properties by our expert Brisbane roof painters.
